Well, this is probably the least exciting (but most informative) post you are ever going to see on this site. Spreadsheets!
Initially, the plan was to have a blank version of the sheet we use available for our premium members. While making sure that things that are not supposed to be public knowledge (yet) are not on the sheet anymore, it became clear that it makes more sense to just rebuild it for you guys.
It actually ended up being a slightly advanced version of our Statsheet which you can find here.
We also decided to give out a more basic version to our non premium members. The basic version will be fully forwards compatible with the premium version, so if you decide to upgrade you can do so by simply copy and pasting the bets you logged on the sheet to the premium version.

Let's start with the basic features.

First, open the sheet to this page. In the top left corner you can enter your starting Bankroll and your current unit size and the sheet will calculate the rest based on those two things.
Top middle is a graph that displays the overall profit for all bets that are being tracked on the sheet. Bottom middle are basic instructions on how to use the sheet but this page will go far more in depth. Top right is a link back to us. Bottom right is a link to our discord.
The block titled "Bookies" is an overview of all bookies you have used. It will tell you how much you currently have available on that bookie and how much you should have inplay. This is useful not only to help with your bankroll management, but it also makes it very easy to spot grading errors both on the sheet and by the bookie. For this to work properly you will need to enter the balance available when you start using the sheet, which is simply putting that number in the column titled "Starting Balance".
It also tells you how you are performing on any given bookie and how much of your current bankroll is on each bookie. This is important because you do not want to limit yourself to a single bookie, since you can often find better odds somewhere else. On the page called "Dropdowns" (more on that page later) you will find all bookies we currently use, including links to the ones we have agreed on a partnership with.
Below that, you will find a place to track any deposits and withdrawals you have made from any bookie. Everything will adjust automatically after you have entered something.
The block titled "Monthly" will give you a breakdown of your performance based on the month and year you have entered for your picks.

Above, you will see the page to enter any picks. This is pretty self explanatory. At the top of the page is a list of all relevant things to your bet, and you just enter them. The columns titled "Game", "Bettor", "Category", "Region", "Timing", "Setting" and "Bookie all have dropdown menus to ensure you are consistent with your terminology. Technically, all columns except odds, betsize and result are optional, but it makes it so much easier for you to just enter it.

The drop down menus on the picks page are filled by the page called "Dropdowns". Feel free to add, remove or edit any of them as you see fit. The sheet is fully dynamic and should be able to handle any normal input in those fields. As you can see, they are all color coded. If you want to add another bettor for example, you just type whatever name you want it to show up as in one of the cells with a green background. The same goes for anything else.
We already added the things most common for our picks and added us as a group to the bettors list as well. This is incase you prefer to track our performance collectively rather than track us individually.
There is one more page available on the basic version. This page is purely a background sheet to handle the data for all of the things mentioned so far, and others that will be discussed next in the premium features section.
Until now, everything was fairly generic. A solid base working like it's supposed to but nothing special. Now let's get into what makes this special! The additional features of the premium version.
One of the most important things in betting is finding your strengths and focusing on them while eliminating your weaknesses. Our stat tracking lets you do exactly that.

The pages tilted "Games" and "People" will give you a detailed breakdown of your individual performance for all games entered on the dropdown page by selecting whatever you want in A1

The page titled "StatLookup" will let you look up data for all kinds of combinations from the basic information about each bet you enter on the picks page.
The final feature (for now) is a script to hide all bets that you have marked as finished. It's really fast and will help you stay easily organized.

Right here are 1500 bets, easily more than you would need in an average year. The name of the bettor is hidden, since that dataset includes people that were part of our discord before we opened it up to the public, but are currently not part of the team.
Here is the direct link to the gif: https://i.imgur.com/6bw24MQ.gifv. Our website software does not allow it to be shown in full resolution.
Click the plusEV button at the top of the page, which will give you another button titled "purge". Once you click that, the script does the rest.
