GAME BREAKING UPDATE - ALL ABOARD THE SLAM TRAIN!

Young Daniel Jones and his 2-3 squad find their way to Foxboro, on a punishing short week. Evan Engram is questionable and would surely be missed. This guy is such a key piece to the offense and one is Jones most trusted target. He's pacing and astounding 154 targets this season, topping all TEs by leaps and bounds and 5th most among all RB, WR, and TEs in the league. Engram landed on the Giant's injury report with a sprained MCL. This is especially unfortunate, as hopes of Barkley returning are diminished and both Shelling Shepard and backup RB Wayne Gallman, both dealing with conditions, will also be missing from this lineup. Yikes.

Yet, my biggest concern comes on the other side of the ball. The run-heavy Vikings found tons of success through the air against seemingly absent defenders. Thielan posted 130 yards, 2 TDs alone. The elusive Dalvin Cook gouged this defense for 132 yards. Overall they conceded 211 yards to the Vikings run game. Good news to Sony Michel owners, as we're on a short week which typically fares well for RBs and he is finally starting to look like the guy we all hoped for on draft day. Added bonus, not only was he featured in the pass game last week, he saw a career high of 38 snaps. Let's not forget the GOAT, Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. The Vikings go into the half 18-0 had it not been for a special teams gift, where the Giants started their drive at midfield. I don't see this Patriots team, who puts just as much focus on special teams as anywhere else, coupled with this stellar defense, allowing the Giants to accomplish much of anything offensively. We also know that Billy B. eats rookie QBs for breakfast. All reasons to continue backing Patriots 1Q spread, -4 (1.873 > 1.8) for 2.29u on Nitrogen. Ride into the sunset.

The kicking game should be back on track, even with recently signed Nugent missing the Patriots 5th PAT this season. I'll chalk that up to nerves, I mean c'mon, every point counts against the elite Redskins. Although, #aznpride and my 12 year old maturity really hopes he fails and they bring up Younghoe Koo from the practice squad and I can add him to my fantasy team. My typical MAX play is 2u, as I am more of a value guy. Hopefully the fact that I am all in at 5u helps instill confidence. And while the Pats should smash the spread, I'm cautiously protecting my risk here by buying some points because I don't see the Giants covering 2 TDs at all, ever. I'm rolling my biggest play YTD this Thursday night: Patriots -13.5 (1.606 > 1.5) for 5u on Bovada. Insert fade the public, Giants upset confirmed comment here. We shall see kind stranger, we shall see.
